Kids of Steel SUNDAY CAMP, Sunday June 6th
•Meet at Big Hill Leisure Pool in Cochrane for a 90 minute swim session at 8.00 am.
•Athletes will then use the Boys and Girls Club as a base to focus upon run bike and transition training.
•Outdoor training will take place on the Cochrane trails and conclude with a mini triathlon race.
•Athletes will be finished between 1.00 and 1.30.
•The coaches will be on hand throughout the camp to offer advice and support to athletes and parents as they prepare for this years great race!
