Kids of Steel PD Day Camp, Friday May 21st
•Meet at Spray Lake Sports Centre, Cochrane.
•Athletes will focus on run bike and transition skills at Spray Lake Sports Centre.
•Athletes will require transportation to Big Hill Pool, after lunch for a coached swim and mini triathlon race before they conclude the day.
•Our KOS program will blend fun game and instructional support with age appropriate techniques for swim, bike and run getting our young athletes fired up for race day.
