This 10 week clinic is designed to take individuals “off the couch” through a structured yet flexible training program that will have you running consistently at the end of 10 weeks! Walk your way into running with our “anyone can do it” learn to run progression.
Improve your 10K Clinic
This 10 week clinic is to motivate people who currently do some running but lack the consistency and knowledge to reach their running goals. It might be about bringing your 10k time down, or about committing to a program where you run 3 or 4 times a week. Regardless of your reason for joining, we’ll teach you how to train and have fun while doing it!
FAQ’s
When do we meet? Cochrane meets every Wed night starting Apr 8/2009 6:30 pm., Airdrie meets every Thurs night starting Apr 2008 Will be a 1 hour lecture followed by a group run.
Do we run on our own other days of the week? Yes, you are given a schedule of what to do on what day. Saturday mornings the Cochrane Red Rock Run club meets for runs at Guys Coffee Shop 8:30am. Run clinic participants are always welcome.
