“Who is Team Tri Life”?
|
|
Team Tri Life is owned by Angie Anderson an coached by Angie, Richelle Love and Sarah Pearce-Gieck. We offer one on one coaching services to help you achieve your running, cycling and triathlon goals.
Team Tri Life is not a high pressure team. Angie encourages her athletes to work towards their potential within the parameters of their families, their lives, and their jobs. She is a mother of 2 and knows the importance of balance, and develops personalized training programs based on that concept.
“What does this mean to you, the triathlete?”
One of Angie’s favorite moments in coaching is when someone first says “I’m a triathlete”. This is the moment when their “inner athlete” has surfaced and they truly believe they belong in this wonderful world of triathlon.
Being a triathlete is not about finishing first or last. It’s not about doing a sprint or an Ironman. It’s about the friendships made along the way. It’s about fitness and wellness, and mentally, physically and emotionally committing to a goal that’s good for you.
If triathlon and running are a part of your journey, contact TeamTri Life to discuss how we can help you achieve your goals.

Sarah Pearce-Gieck Bio
|
|
Sarah has been training with Team Trilife for the past two years and has happily taken on a new roll as a coach along side Angie and Richelle. Sarah has been competing in various distances of triathlons, including Olympic distance, Half Ironman’s and has recently finished her third Ironman this past November with a 13th place age group finish and personal best. Her passion for the sport has grown over the past two years, both in the competitive nature and the excitement of the challenge. The one thing she loves the most about the Triathlon is the diversity of the different ages and abilities of each person involved. She finds great excitement in the “newbie” athlete, seeing the thrill, enthusiasm, nervousness and fears of someone just getting into the sport.
Sarah started out as a competitive swimmer at a young age and then fell into running marathons during university and continues to train for them still. Triathlons were the next logical step and a great addition to marathon training with the cross training of the swim and the bike. She was thrilled to find out that she still managed to have her swimmer’s “legs” after all these years.
Sarah has a degree in Physiotherapy and has been able to help out and treat several of her fellow team mates. She has worked with the team’s athletes in attempt to assist them in achieving their triathlon and running goals. She is currently working on completing her NCCP Competition Level Triathlon Coaching certification and is excited in this new venture.
As part of Team Trilife, Sarah has had the ability to follow Angie’s philosophy of “'trying life' and living life with passion and excitement”, and hopes that she will also be able to instil this in her clients too.
