Cochrane Tuesday Night Hill Climb / Time Trials
First night is Tuesday May 5th, 2009 (weather permitting). Start time 6:30pm. We always meet and park at the corner of Horse Creek Road and Range Road 262, Cochrane. First night will be a group ride.

Samantha McGlone was in town for a weekend triathlon camp with Multisport. Richelle was very lucky to spend some time with her and I snuck in on the action on Sunday at the Tri It Spinathon. Sam is wonderful. She is Canadian, and she is humble and easy to talk to. She filled me in on what to expect for California 70.3 and chatted about other things too. An AWESOME experience! TTL athletes Lori and Sharon were thrilled with the camp and spending the weekend with Samantha and Paul Tichelaar. CONGRATS to Tri It for a very successful fund raising weekend! I had a blast leading one hour of the spin class. THANKS for the invite.

Wow... what a few weeks Team Tri Life has had! We have been racing fools. A few people have had great days; some others didn't quite meet their goals, but lessons were learned in these early season races. So... how did it go... (This is long... I'm hoping you can take the time to read it:)
